The ceremony of raising the national flag on the fifth crab of project 03141 “Puma” (factory building number 505) took place at JSC Vostochnaya Verf (Primorsky Krai, the management company is the Amur Shipbuilding Plant). The vessel was built according to the first stage of the investment quota program, according to the Telegram channel of the enterprise.
The ceremony of handing over the vessel to the customer was attended by First Deputy Minister of Forestry, Environmental Protection, Wildlife and Natural Resources of Primorsky Krai Evgeny Chuvasov, Chief Engineer of PJSC Amur Shipbuilding Plant Yuri Lysenkov, Managing Director of JSC Vostochnaya Verf Vitaly Klyuyev, employees of the enterprise and invited guests. Pavel Shikhov, Director of the Far Eastern Branch, took part in the event on behalf of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS), whose class was under construction.
As reported by the PortNews IA earlier, the launch of the Puma project 03141 crab took place in March 2024, in August it went to sea for sea trials.

The vessels of the 03141 project are designed for fishing for crab and shrimp with traps, storing the catch in chilled seawater with subsequent transportation of fresh product to the port. The developer of the project is SK Viking LLC. The first four vessels of the 03141 project: Okhotsk, Ayan, Omolon and Kedon, built for the Register class, are currently fishing for aquatic biological resources in the Far Eastern Basin. The length of the crab is 63.27 m; width — 10.6 m; side height — 4.6 m; gross capacity — 1048 tons; main engine power — 1618 kW; displacement — 1586 tons; speed — 14 knots; crew — 21 people; the autonomy is 45 days. Vessel class — KM (*) Ice2 (hull; machinery) (REF) Fishing vessel.
