Transas T-712 course remote transmission device is certified by RMRS and RRR

“Transas T-712” meets the requirements of the SOLAS-74 Convention (Chapter V, rule 19, paragraph 2.3) on the need to equip a remote course transmission device for vessels with a gross capacity of 300 to 500 register tons. “Transas T 712” can also be used as additional equipment on any sea and river vessels without restrictions.

The Transas T-712 remote course transmission device is designed to work with a wide range of global navigation satellite systems, such as GLONASS, GPS, Galileo and BeiDou. Based on these global navigation satellite systems, Transas T-712 determines and provides external consumers with data on the ship’s course, side and keel pitching, and yaw. The device comes with a signal distribution unit that allows easy connection to consumers of course data. The unit also provides protection of the antenna unit’s power supply chain from unstable ship network.
